- Qualifying opportunities through CRM system.
- Preparing pricing sheets for quotes.
- Interface and coordination with Sourcing department on projects info
- Review and clarification of customer specifications.
- Review and clarification of supplier Specifications.
- Creating customer documents (DoC, CoC, CAV, etc.).
- Prepare and send document package to customers and support sales team at technical discussions.
- Managing documentation archive (Data sheets etc for purchased components).
- Managing quotation database (items quoted not sold).
- Internal and external technical support.
