Main responsabilities:

  • Latam af pre-work activities: collect partner feedback and consolidate in a territory deck with mkt insights and necessities for inline assortment with forecast by gender and by channel of distro. Attend to gender calls
  • Territory cross functional seasonal strategy alignement, channel segmentation & diferentiation, ka whsl & digital assortments, merch day 2 presentation + pitchback deck
  • Presentation,co process, fcst request/partner review/recap
  • Lead 1 week pitchback sessions with partners, including 1:1 merch sessions with specific regions when necessary
  • Consolidate all the territory pitchbacks in a deck to share with gpm merch team
  • Attend to all the latam partners adoption calls leaded by the dtc team, making sure the dtc strategy is aligned to the whsl strategy
  • Monthly merch tb with all the regions to align and follow up in merch strategy, adoptions, specific product performance, ka assortments, opportunities, buys vs sim forecast, competitors insights, l4l apparel & acc, incubates, partner education, etc...
  • Attend to the launch meetings and lead all the energy process at latam level. Share allocation strategy, coach partners in terms of account assortment, ask and follow up on product pre positions and forecasts, as well as follow up on product performance information

O candidato


  • Solid and proven experience in the area of ​​Merchandising;
  • Solid and proven experience in the field of Marketing
  • Solid and proven experience with Latam PITCHs
  • Experience as a Merchandising/Marketing Manager
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Intermediate Spanish desirable
  • Desirable degree in Marketing and/or related areas
