  • Contribute to ensure the successful implementation of te new IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 standards at the local and group level;
  • Work together with the Global IFRS Project Team and Workstreams;
  • Strong contribution in preparing detailed impact assessments of the adoption of IFRS to the Corporate Solutions Business;
  • Support change management of established quarterly reporting process and applications used for existing Group Level reporting (US GAAP and Economic Value Management) and the transition to IFRS reporting;
  • General requirements processing and prioritization with close coordination with the Business Unit Teams to capture requirements for local IFRS and Group IFRS reporting;
  • Close coordination to the Finance, Actuarial and IT Teams to ensure the process changes implemented for IFRS are aligned to the overall group strategy;
  • Assist in the interpretation of policy work and ensure process and system changes within the business unit landscape;
  • Stakeholder management and ensuring alignment of communication with business unit;
  • Critical issue process management;
  • Collaborate with other areas in bringing innovative ideas for the success in relation to the assigned work, projects or other enhancements.

O candidato

Hard Skills:

  • Good understanding of IFRS 17 and IFRS9 accounting for and experience in external reporting;
  • 5 plus years of accounting/financial reporting experience (Big 4 is a plus);
  • Insurance and Reinsurance working knowledge in areas such as Actuarial, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, FP&A, but not limited to;
  • Accounting, Actuarial, Business or Economics certification (CPA, etc.) issued by a governing body;
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering a transformation project;
  • Experience in delivering a successful change management plan;
  • Experience in dealing with involved teams on development projects (define requirements, design, build, testing, go live);
  • English: Advanced/Fluent is mandatory - Spanish is desirable.
