The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner, aligning business objectives with associates needs and management goals. This role fosters partnerships across HR functions to provide value-added services that drive organizational success. While this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, it acts as a coach and mentor, promoting development across the organization.

  • Forge strategic alliances between business units and HR to align objectives and achieve business outcomes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement and address issues that may impact workplace morale and productivity.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to address organizational challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements in areas like engagement.
  • Transition seamlessly between high-level strategy development and tactical execution.
  • Ensure legal compliance in associates management, mitigating risks and partnering with Legal, as necessary.
  • Address complex employee relations issues through effective investigation, documentation, and resolution.
  • Provide HR guidance to management on performance management, learning and development, and policy matters.
  • Support performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in voluntary and involuntary termination processes and conduct exit interviews to identify and address internal issues.
  • Partner with leadership to career progression plans and growth strategies.



Perfil desejável

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in resolving complex associates' relations issues.
  • Proficiency in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, L&D, diversity, benefits, recruiting, and employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, advanced people management strategies, and change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and systemic thinking skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to adapt flexibly to organizational needs.
  • Experience in multinational companies is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
