The Organizational Change Consultant- Transformation, Brazil plays a key role in supporting organizational change management efforts, focused on advancing digital transformation across our three Brazilian factories. This role helps implement specific initiatives for the Brazilian market within a global transformation portfolio, by driving forward the adoption of new technologies, updated processes and systems in line with global goals.

  • Support growing internal organizational change management practice, in close collaboration with the Organizational Change Manager, aligned with the Brazilian market.
  • Improve and pilot practices for organizational change management including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, resistance management plans for specific initiatives.
  • Target and execute focused change plans for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Enable change management efforts by collaborating with identified cross-functional experts and teams to support adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support design, targeting, and execution of communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged, shifting between English and Brazilian-Portuguese materials.
  • Support creation and governance of metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Gather formal and informal feedback on the change management process, artifacts, training session, etc and share with Organizational Change Manager to support ongoing improvement

Perfil desejável

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Prior project management, change management, communications, or HR Business Partner experience
  • Current Prosci change management certification and experienced, required
  • Extremely coachable responding to feedback and insight, with strong curiosity and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in professional English and Brazilian-Portuguese (both spoken and written), required.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders within local organizations, including experts and growing leaders
  • Ability to balance multiple requests and know when to ask for clarification and assistance
