IT Onsite and Offsite support for end users (including VIP's)
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software and equipment (PC, laptop, printer / copier / scanner, beamer, visioconference, mobile phones, etc.) incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.
Provice support for LATAM offices: Desktop, Laptop, Telephony, MFP, Videoconference systems.
Asset management of IT hardware and assets: Stock control and management.
Install and configure new IT equipment.
Participate in hardware and software rollout projects (office Moves, new equipment)
Maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner. Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
A minimum of 3 years experience it IT Support related focus in an international company
High level of English + another language
Excelent written and verbal communication skills
High Customer and Vendor engagement skills
Harware knowledge: PC, Printers, Phones + cellphones, Videoconference (cameras and microphone/speakers)
OS: Windows 7 & 10 expert knowledge; iOS + Android high knowledge; Mac OS X knowledge is a plus
Microsoft technologies (Directory Services, Powershell, Exchange…)
Able to work together with other departments inside and outside the IT community (Facilities, Finance…)
Remote PC administration
Managed Print services
