Descrição

Optimized the product and assortment offering for BU ITC LAM. This is, planning and organizing when to launch and/or when to prune a product;
Coordinate the effective product launch of products and/or assortments developed by HQ. by researching the market potential, defining target price and main applications for each launching;
Prepare and/or adapt the communication package for each product launch Fill the product pipeline of HQ with new product business cases based on BU ITC LAM needs;
Training of new products to sales tesa colleagues and customers;
Assist sales manager to define pricing for new products to reach the best balance between profitability and competetiveness;
Maintain constant relationship with the company's sales team, to obtain market feedback, trends and possible solutions required by the customers;
Visit clients (current and potential) to look for new product opportunities, present new product launches and train their staff on new product launches.
